If you are stressed then, try and move out of it and think positive. Positive thinking is the approach of life which makes it worth while. If you think positive then your life becomes simpler, on the other hand if you are a negative thinker then it becomes difficult to sail through bad times as you think only bad when things are not your way. Some people are so negative that if some one sneezes they say that he is suffering from swine flu, which may not be the case.
